Smoking is quite hard to give up because the tobacco in the cigars contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. Like heroin and other addictive drugs, both our body and our mind quickly become so used to this nicotine substance present in cigarettes that a person who is into this habit, has to have it at regular intervals to feel normal.

People start to smoke for a variety of reasons. Some, especially teenagers, think that smoking is really cool and start off with this habit and some, just by looking at their friends and family members. Smokers develop wrinkles, cigaretteyellow teeth, they lose bone density, which increases the risk of osteoporosis. Smokers also tend to be less active when compared to non-smokers because smoking greatly affects the lungs.
